Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Digital Billboard Business is a brand of Hashtag Marketing GmbH, Bergstrasse 44a, 6010 Kriens, Switzerland, company registration CHE-158.911.451 ("we", "us", "the Company"). You can reach us at support@digitalbillboardbusiness.com.
These Terms govern your use of digitalbillboardbusiness.com and every product, download, video, template, email and service sold or delivered through it. By purchasing or using any of them you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or use our products.
2. What you are buying
Our products are digital educational materials: The Instagram Billboard Method (modules, templates, scripts, rate card, prompt pack, launch calendar, bonuses) and optional add-ons offered during checkout and after purchase (for example 17 Done-For-You Billboard Posts, Launch A TikTok Billboard, The Instant Client Method, Hijack 10K Followers In 10 Days). Each product page describes what is included. Nothing physical is shipped.
Access is delivered by email from support@digitalbillboardbusiness.com to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of a successful payment. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking your spam and promotions folders.
The Billboard Partner Program is a separate done-with-you service. It is not sold on this website. Any engagement is governed by its own written agreement and pricing, agreed on a call. Applying for a strategy session creates no obligation for either side.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. One-time products are charged once. Where a payment plan is offered (for example two or four monthly payments), you authorize us to charge the remaining installments to the same payment method on the stated schedule until the plan is complete. A payment plan is not a subscription and ends after the final installment.
When you accept a one-click offer after your first purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you used for that purchase, without re-entering it. Every charge appears on your statement as DIGITAL BILLBOARD.
Invitation prices, discounts and spot counts shown on a page are valid only on that page and at that time. We may change prices at any time without affecting purchases already completed.
4. Refunds and the 100-Day Guarantee
Our products carry the 100-Day Make-Money-Or-It's-Free Guarantee described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where the guarantee does not apply, all sales are final.
5. License and permitted use
On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own business. You may use the templates, scripts and prompts to build and run your own local page or pages, and you may adapt them freely for that purpose.
You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the materials or your access links, offer them as part of your own course or membership, or use them to build a competing training product. Accounts that share access may be closed without refund.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the method. This includes complying with the terms of Instagram, TikTok and any other platform you use, respecting the intellectual property of businesses and creators you feature, obtaining any permission needed to repost content, honouring advertising rules in your country (including disclosure of paid features), and handling your own taxes and business registration. We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
7. No guarantee of results
We teach a method that has worked for the page it was built on. We do not promise that it will produce any particular result for you. Any figures on this site are illustrations of what is possible, not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your effort, your area, your consistency, platform changes and factors outside anyone's control. Please read the Earnings Disclaimer.
8. Intellectual property
All materials, including text, video, templates, prompts, graphics and the Digital Billboard Business name and logo, are owned by Hashtag Marketing GmbH or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the license in section 5, no rights are granted.
9. Third parties
This website is not part of, and is not endorsed by, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. TIKTOK is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Tools we mention (for example Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Stripe, Calendly) are owned by their respective companies and governed by their own terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or relating to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, even if advised of their possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence.
11. Support and disputes
Support is provided by email at support@digitalbillboardbusiness.com. We do not offer phone support. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank; almost every issue can be solved in one email.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Purchases are governed by the Terms in force on the day of purchase.
